Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers both pool and beach views, with cozy yet dated rooms that have a charming appeal but need some TLC. The service, while friendly, lacks proper training in customer service. The location is stunning, close to surrounding bars and restaurants, and boasts a beautiful, safe lagoon for various water activities. Dining provided a good variety of food but could have had a wider selection.
The hotel is undergoing redecoration, and though the rooms may seem a bit dated with their floral curtains and peach walls, they are exceptionally clean. The staff is remarkably friendly and professional, making us feel like we were leaving friends when departing. The location is great, close to the airport and local amenities, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Dining options are varied, with some limitations, but the overall experience is pleasant.
I found the hotel to have some issues like a malfunctioning safe and a noisy toilet all night. I wouldn't recommend it, especially with the unattractive view of a barbed wire fence. The rooms definitely need an update, especially the plumbing and drainage around 6 pm.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a few ups and downs. The rooms are basic and have remained the same for the past 10 years, with some issues like beds not properly made and missing sheer curtains. The front desk staff were excellent, but the overall service seemed lacking and appeared to be a hassle for the staff. The location is wonderful, set on a beautiful private beach with well-maintained grounds. The dining options were limited but included some local dishes. Despite some shortcomings, my overall experience was positive, and I would consider returning in the future.
